DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once you place your order, you can expect to receive it within 1 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Times

Here's a general estimate of delivery times within Australia:

  • Queensland: Standard (2-3 business days), Express (1 business day)
  • New South Wales: Standard (2-4 business days), Express (1 business day)
  • Victoria: Standard (2-5 business days), Express (1 business day)
  • Australian Capital Territory: Standard (2-4 business days), Express (1 business day)
  • South Australia: Standard (4-7 business days), Express (1 business day)
  • Tasmania: Standard (5-8 business days), Express (2-3 business days)
  • Western Australia: Standard (5-8 business days), Express (2-3 business days)
  • Northern Territory: Standard (13-14 business days), Express (4-5 business days)

We offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand on most of our products, however, please be aware that some items may have restrictions, especially for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250 within Australia (excluding furniture and bulky items). Express shipping is available on most orders for an additional fee. For orders with furniture or bulky items, there will be an additional freight charge. We'll be happy to provide a shipping quote before you place your order, just give us a call at (07) 3741 6700.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to New Zealand. All parcels are sent via Australia Post and take 5-14 business days following dispatch.

For our international customers, please be aware that you'll be responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. Please be aware that some items may not be able to be shipped internationally.

Want us to leave your package at your door? Just let us know! However, please note that if you give us Authority to Leave and your parcel goes missing, we can't be held responsible.

Click and Collect is available from our Meadowbrook Warehouse.

When your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via email or SMS.
