RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not, you can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on clippers or trimmers once used.

Returns on barber chairs can only be processed if the chair has not been used in a shop environment. All chairs will undergo a full inspection by our team prior to any return being approved.

Please note that return postage is your responsibility unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions. Pease be aware that each manufacturer has a slightly different warranty process:
