Without the Temple Tool Guarantee, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns on used tools. Change-of-mind returns must be in new and unused condition.

No. Your claim is handled directly by Barber Temple. You lodge your claim with us, send your tool to us and we take care of the rest.

It gives you 30 days from receiving your tool to make sure it’s right for you. If it isn’t, you can return it for an exchange or store credit, subject to the return conditions of the Temple Tool Guarantee.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the original tool purchased with the Temple Tool Guarantee. If you exchange it for another tool, a new 30-day period does not begin.

Blades, foils, springs and other consumable parts are generally not covered as they naturally wear through use. If a component is defective when your tool arrives, contact us and we’ll assess it.

The warranty is intended to cover eligible electrical and mechanical faults, including components such as motors, batteries, circuit boards, charging ports and switches, subject to the Temple Tool Guarantee Terms & Conditions.

The Temple Tool Guarantee doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, accidental damage, misuse, neglect or damage caused by incorrect maintenance or unauthorised repairs or modifications. See the full Terms & Conditions for details.

No. We’ll provide a prepaid Australia Post return label when your tool needs to come back to us, and we’ll cover delivery back to you once your claim is resolved.

With the standard manufacturer warranty, return postage to Barber Temple is at the customer’s cost.

Temple Tool Guarantee claims are prioritised and assessed within 2 business days of your tool arriving at Barber Temple.

Once assessed, we’ll contact you with the outcome and organise the next step.

If we don’t complete your assessment within 2 business days of receiving your tool, we’ll refund the cost of your Temple Tool Guarantee or provide a $20 Barber Temple credit, while continuing to prioritise your claim.

Your 24-month Temple Tool Guarantee period begins from the date you purchase your eligible tool.

The Temple Tool Guarantee must be purchased with an eligible tool at checkout. It can’t be added to a tool after the purchase has been completed.
