JOINING TEMPLE REWARDS

Who can join the Temple Rewards program?

Temple Rewards is exclusive to Barber Temple Trade Account holders. Trade Accounts are available to shop owners, managers, barbers, or any industry professional ordering supplies and tools.

How do I join Temple Rewards?

Once you’ve created a Trade Account, you’re automatically enrolled in Temple Rewards. Joining is free, and you’ll immediately begin earning points on every dollar you spend. Temple Rewards members also receive early access to promotions, sales, and new drops. If you already have a Trade Account with us, you’ve been set up and can start earning Temple Rewards points right away—just log in and shop as usual.

Does it cost anything to join Temple Rewards?

No. Temple Rewards is completely free to join and use.

What are the benefits of being a Temple Rewards member?

Temple Rewards gives you one point for every dollar spent at Barber Temple. Points can be redeemed as a discount on your order or saved up and used to claim selected products outright. You’ll also collect bonus Temple Rewards points for things like referring friends, leaving reviews, and following us on social media. On top of this, Temple Rewards members get first access to exclusive promotions and sales.

Earning Temple Rewards Points

How can I earn Temple Rewards points?

Temple Rewards points add up quickly. You’ll earn them every
time you shop, and we also offer bonuses for your first order, your fifth
purchase, leaving reviews, following us on social media, and referring friends.

Is there a limit to how many Temple Rewards points I can earn?

No. You’ll continue earning Temple Rewards points with every
order.

Redeeming Temple Rewards Points

How do I redeem Temple Rewards points?

Redeeming Temple Rewards points is simple. At checkout, log into your account, add products to your cart, and look for the Temple Rewards section above your cart total. Select how many points you’d like to apply and click Apply. You can choose to redeem points for a discount on your order, or save them up and use them towards selected products—meaning you can put your points towards entire items, not just a dollar amount off.

Account Queries

I already have a Barber Temple Trade Account. Do I need to create a new one?

No. If you already have a Trade Account, you’ve been enrolled in Temple Rewards automatically. Please note that if you have more than one customer account, only one Temple Rewards account is created per person.

Where can I see my Temple Rewards account?

Your Temple Rewards details, balance, and history can all be found on the Temple Rewards page.

Do I earn Temple Rewards points on past purchases?

No. Temple Rewards points are only awarded for purchases made after you joined Temple Rewards.

What if I use multiple email addresses and want to combine accounts?

Our Customer Service team can help merge accounts so your Temple Rewards points are consolidated. Reach out here.

Using your Points

What happens if I return something bought with Temple Rewards points?

If you returnan order, you’ll be refunded the amount you paid after discounts, and any Temple Rewards points you used will be credited back to your Temple Rewards account. If you earned Temple Rewards points on that purchase, those points will be deducted.

If your order was paid with a mix of cash and points, your refund will be issued in the same proportion (e.g., $80 cash + $20 worth of points refunded as $80 cash + $20 worth of points).

Do Temple Rewards points expire?

Yes. Temple Rewards points expire 12 months after the date they are earned, regardless of account activity.

If the program ever ends, all unredeemed Temple Rewards points and perks will expire with it. We also reserve the right to terminate a Temple Rewards membership if we believe terms are being violated—for example, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud or abuse of privileges, or any inappropriate behavior that manipulates the program.

If your account is terminated by you or by us, or you opt out of Temple Rewards, you’ll lose all unused rewards and unredeemed points.

I didn’t see my Temple Rewards points update after a purchase—what should I do?

It can take a little while for Temple Rewards points to appear. Try refreshing your browser, logging out and back in, or checking your Temple Rewards history to confirm. If your balance still looks wrong, contact our Customer Service team and they’ll help.

Referring a Friend

How does the Refer a Friend program work?

When you share your unique Temple Rewards referral link, your friend gets $15 off their first order over $200. Once they complete their purchase, you’ll receive 375 Temple Rewards points (worth $15) added to your account.

Why am I getting an error when referring friends through Temple Rewards?

This usually happens if there’s a typo in the email address or if multiple addresses weren’t separated correctly. Try sending referrals one at a time, or share your unique Temple Rewards referral link instead. If the issue continues, get in touch with our support team.

I referred friends but didn’t get Temple Rewards points—why?

Temple Rewards referrals only apply to first-time customers.
Your friend must use your Temple Rewards referral link or referral box, spend over $200 on their first order, and complete their purchase. Once they do, you’ll receive an email letting you know your Temple Rewards points have been
added.
